Terms and Conditions

Ongoing monthly billing subscription of $197 per month for a minimum of 12 months, after which the subscriber may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing.

I understand that by becoming a subscriber I am NOT establishing any type of attorney-client relationship with The Dental Advocate or Jeff Tonner, J.D.

I agree that one ICGD subscription can be used by one to three dentists in a single office only.  If I want more than three dentists to use the ICGD system in a single office, or want multiple-office use, I will contact The Dental Advocate LLC for special pricing.

I will not share the ICGD system with any other individual or entity outside of my office, and according to the above limitations.  I understand that if I violate these Terms and Conditions, I will be subject to legal action.
